1. Services
Top Lock Auto provides mobile automotive locksmith services. All services are subject to availability and our ability to gain access to the vehicle or create a functioning key. While we aim for a 100% success rate, certain vehicle faults or prior modifications may prevent successful completion.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
- Quotes: Prices quoted over the phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final prices may vary if the job requirements differ upon inspection.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel a booking, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellations made while a technician is already en route may incur a call-out charge.
3. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Title to any goods supplied (e.g. car keys, fobs) shall remain with Top Lock Yorkshire Ltd until payment is received in full.
4. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services shall be limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. We are fully insured for public and product liability.
5. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Top Lock Auto. Top Lock Auto has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
